How I work
Clarity comes before automation
Automating a broken process just makes broken things happen faster. So the sequence is always the same: understand, simplify, then automate.
01
Initial diagnosis
We find the bottleneck
I review your processes to pinpoint exactly where time, money or accuracy is being lost. Who decides what, which system holds the source of truth, and where the edge cases live.
02
Customized action plan
A clear roadmap
We prioritize what to automate first based on impact, ease of implementation and expected return. And what to leave alone, which is just as much of a decision.
03
Agile implementation
Against an isolated environment first
Everything is built against sandbox accounts and copies of your live data. Nothing touches production until it has been validated layer by layer: assembly logic, then creation, then delivery, then the full circuit end to end.
04
Training and handover
Your team runs it
Every engagement closes with technical documentation and an operating guide written for the person who will run the system daily. That is the point of the engagement, not a consolation prize.
05
Continuous optimization
Optional, and only if it earns its keep
Ongoing support to keep improving and extending the systems as the business grows. Before extending anything, I audit what is already there — that prior review is why a large run goes out without surprises.
The discipline
Nothing touches production untested
Every build runs against an isolated environment first: sandbox accounts and copies of the live data.
Validation happens in layers, in this order: the assembly logic, then creation in the system of record, then delivery, and only at the end the full circuit end to end. A failure at any layer stops there instead of surfacing in front of a client.
Before extending a system that already exists, I audit it. That is where the edge cases live when a circuit grows: records written inconsistently, contacts duplicated, events fired twice. The prior review is the reason a large run goes out without surprises.
- 37
- records with inconsistent spellings normalized before the first run
- 412
- invoices across 90 days of real history, used as the validation set
- 27
- of those invoices silently lost by the first filter
Your team runs it without me. That is the point of the engagement, not a consolation prize.
Every engagement closes with technical documentation, an operating guide written for the person who will run the system daily, and the procedures they need to keep it healthy.

Send me the process that costs you the most time.
I will tell you whether it is worth automating before you spend anything. Thirty minutes, no commitment, no pitch deck.
