What the site collects

What you send us. The contact form collects your name, email address, and the message you write. The optional fields — company, phone, the type of work you need, and which engagement fits — are collected only if you fill them in.

The AI readiness diagnostic. If you choose to receive your result by email, we collect your name, email address, your answers, and the resulting score. You can see your full result without leaving any details at all: that option does not send anything to us.

Technical context. When a form is submitted, the request includes the country your request came from and your browser’s user agent string. These arrive with the submission and are stored with it.

What the site does not collect

The site sets no advertising cookies and loads no third-party tracking scripts. There is no advertising pixel, no cross-site profiling, and no analytics product that identifies you individually.

Pages you read without submitting a form generate no record tied to you.

Why we use it

Your details are used to reply to you, to send the result you asked for, and to follow up about the work you described. That is the whole list.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider and delivered to our internal workflow system, which stores them so we can respond.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We share it with a third party only where it is necessary to deliver the service you asked for, or where the law requires it.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept while there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick up a thread you return to. If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us using the contact page and we will act on it.

If you are in a jurisdiction that grants you specific data rights, those rights apply here regardless of where we are based.

Security

Data in transit is encrypted. Access to submissions is limited to those who need it to reply to you.

No system is perfect, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
